My name is Will Toliver, a licensed real estate professional proudly serving Sarasota, Florida and the surrounding areas. I bring a unique and valuable perspective to real estate– one shaped by nearly three decades of hands-on experience in the construction industry. 

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 29 years as a finish carpenter, including 23 years running my own successful business. I’ve been a part of building, renovating and fine tuning countless homes, giving me an eye for detail and quality that most agents simply can’t offer. Whether it’s spotting structural issues, estimating renovation costs, or helping clients envision the true potential of a property, my background allows me to provide a deeper level of insight and service. 

Now as a real estate professional, I combine my craftsmanship expertise with a passion for helping people make confident, informed decisions in one of life’s biggest investments. I understand homes from the inside and out- and I can use that knowledge to help buyers find the right fit, and sellers maximize their home's value.
