Tracie relocated to the Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch area over 12 years ago from Michigan. Her background is in Construction and Facility Management. Before relocating to Florida, she worked for a Chicago based REIT, a general contractor, a subcontractor and property management company. After moving to the area, she spent over six years working for the Lakewood Ranch Community Development Districts (CDDs), as the Office Manager for the Operations Department. She has also worked with a local builder and engineering company. This experience has provided Tracie with a very thorough knowledge of the Lakewood Ranch area, the local builders and surrounding areas. While most of her time has been spent in the developing Lakewood Ranch and Parrish areas, she loves the character and charm of the historic Old Florida homes and neighborhoods in Sarasota and West Bradenton. Having moved multiple times, across country and locally, Tracie understands how exciting, yet over-whelming relocating can be.
