Additionally, Daivd is resourceful. When we needed a second opinion on cost for any repairs or termite expenses, he was able to obtain lower costs from his list of contractors! Also, he was successful in negotiating splitting the costs of repairs and termite expenses with the buyer.
David was professional and up front with us. When asked to provide a cost breakdown of expenses and closing cost, he was able to send it to us right away.
